We aren't allowed to link to it, but it's craigslist, not craigslst. From that, you should be able to figure it out.
It's an online classified site where you can sell things local to your area, or buy things from your area. It doesn't allow nationwide searches, just one area at a time, so you pretty much need to stay local.
