What does this crap look like. We need more information, but you need to understand that they eat and ---- out of the same hole. Gross, but true. If you just gave him a large meal he maybe getting rid of what is remaining. The spit out a stringy mucus like substance. Please provide more info or a picture if you can.

It is one of two things, it is either uneaten food (poop) or it is zooxanthellea, the latter being a bad thing to loose.
