crazy clown

Now is this normal.... I have video of my clown going nuts and he does this on and off all day.... I noticed he's got a bit of tailrot and a small spec on one side.... I'm a little worried he's sick and he'll infect the rest of my tank..... does anyone out there know whats going on???? or is my clown just on crack.....lol
