Yes its the gel. Get them 3 for $1 at the dollar store. Yes you must do it out of water so that you can dry off both the frag and the rock its going to. Its easy. Use a paper plate and have lotsa paper towels ready to dry off the rock and stuff.

also if u want to do a in tank sticky job..u can use epoxy..can get the marine A and B mixture at hardware store..just make sure it say's marine on it..as for super glue jel dollar store works ok..loctite super glue gel is inexpensive and works well..and its reef safe most places carry that also
