CA161406, those are very cool looking triggers. It would be hard to choose beteen the black or the blue one. But if they are oceanic, I would bet they have a need for huge amounts of water to swim in. Maybe one of the big commercial aquariums (like Monterey) would satisfy them but I doubt they'd be happy in even a 900 gallon tank.
Wow, Myerst2, those are amazing triggers! Where did you find them? I have never seen an orange undulated and it is really pretty- but I'll bet it has the same nasty temper. I had to look up the word "xanthic" because I didn't know what it meant. "Xanthochromism- a condition in which all skin pigments except yellow and orangre disappear." If they've lost pigmentation, they might have trouble with some of the strong lighting we aquarists use? Also the crazy clown trigger is the coolest ever. I wish I could have three species tanks, one for the xanthic undulated trigger, one for a regular undulated, and one for thecrazy clown trigger. (My husband will ring my neck if I add three more aquariums.)
