I tried the Coralife salt creep eliminator and as far as I'm concerned it did nothing, I think it is a waste of money. Just my .02.
Just my 2 cents; but I think this can be said of most of Coralife's products now. its a shame, I can remember several of their products I used to buy. Tech support seems non-existent; and just try to find their web-site. In this hobby/addiction, I think good support is vital and underused; if a company doesn't have good tech help; I don't buy their stuff.
Back on topic. IME; salt creep can always be traced to a source, often an unseen one. It (and ich) just cannot appear out of thin air.

To stop salt creep, change to a fresh water tank.
No really like said before raise your water level or add some sort of a ramp from the filter to below the water surface, or changing to a canister type filter so the discharge is way under water.

Slomo,
I had the same problem with my old marineland eclipse. I would get salt creep everywhere...and I mean everywhere! Unfortunately, there was nothing I did that worked to remedy the excessive salt buildup, so I took down that tank!

Switching to fresh was my first thought!
