Creepy hitchhikers on my new rock!!

Wow~ Ive got something really awesome on my new rock. Got a 2 pd piece today - really nice slimy one (cured, just lots of algae) with lots of life on it and lots of FAT Copepods. (time to get my 3rd mandarin!)
I peeked tonight and theres a 4-6 inch long TENTACLE! snooping around out of it. 1/4 " wide but not an octopus because instead of suction cups, hes smooth with one suction cup at the end of him. Never completely comes out from rock and there are 2 or 3 teenie tiny versions of him on the same rock! Any suggestions??

I have 2 of these and still dont know what they are. Mine are grey and stretch out around its hole. I guess this is how they feed. Mine hate it when I shine a flashlite at them .
