Critter--Good Or Bad?

Theres little clear/white body critters on my live rock. You really have to look to see them, very small and very quick. Is this what they call copods? Is this a good sign or bad? I also have a what looks like a worm. its body is white and has three prongs on his head.(Sorta like a pitch fork) Its very slow moving. What is this? (Bristle worm?)

As for the critters, it is probalbly copapods or amphipods which = good. The worm I'm not sure. I have never seen one in my tank or anyone elses, sorry.

I have that kind of worm, smoothe body 3 prongs on top, they don't harm anything. Bristle worms are colored and have bristle like hairs on each side of their body. As for the other critters they should be ok too.
