Critters growing on the glass ??

I noticed today a couple of different things growing on the glass. One is about half an inch long whitish, kind of transparent the top part is round and it looks like a tail that is shaped like a cape. It appears to have a large mouth that is feeding on the glass ?? There are two of them.
The other is a hundred little white things that are the size of a pinhead with arms, kind of like a miniture starfish.
Does anyone know what these are, and if I should leave them alone or get them out of the tank.
I have about 25 lbs of lr and ls. which has just finished cycling about two weeks ago.

My girlfriend thinks I'm crazy. I will go a while before cleaning my glass becuase I'm scared it kills the little guys. But that is a sign of a healthy tank. Congrats!!!<a href="http://hometown.aol.com/flmeangl44/index.html" target="_blank">CLICK HERE TO SEE MY REEF.</a>
