A while back I had like 1/2 inch hair algae growing on my live rock, so i got 2 turbo snails and they ate all of the algae but left behind a big mess!!!
Theres like a blanket or "crud" if you know what i mean on the live rock and the bottom of my tank. I tried to get it out with my hand but that was no luck, all it did was spread it around all over.
I just got a horseshoe crab and a nassarius snail but they are just burrowing themselves in the sand. I just added a scarlet hermit crab the other day and hes not helping to clean this mess much.
Is there anything i can get to eat and clean up this "mess" left by the turbo snails?????
