Crushed Coral and LR

Is the CC bottom considered LR? I have a 55 gal. with about 53lbs of LR plus the CC floor. I want about 70lbs LR

no it not considered live rock as it doesnt have enough volume per piece to provide adequet anaerobic growth, its considered oversize sand. and does not compensate lb. for lb. for its equal weight in live rock.
