Crushed Coral or Sand?

I currently have crushed coral as the substrate for my 10 gallon nano. Is there anything wrong with that? I'm thinking of seeding it w/ some live sand. Should I go through the trouble of replacing it all w/ sand?

I wouldn't mix sand and crushed coral. The best thing would just to take out the cc and replace it with live sand.

I have crushed coral in my 35gal SWFO tank and Live sand in my 55gal reef tank. Of the two I prefer the snad bottom by far! Good luck!

I think that you should read the article that I have linked to. This guy has taken the time to do all the research that can be done about substrate. After you have read this article I think the decision will be easy.
