Crushed Coral Question

I have had a saltwater tank for almost about a year now and i have a question. Can you add fresh crushed coral without cleaning it first? I am running low on my crushed coral from cleaning it so much.. Can anyone answer my question?

You should rinse the new crushed coral to remove any dust and silt before you add it to your tank.

At the minimum I'd at least rinse them in the tap water...

I would remove the crushed coral and go with sand

rinse it real well. you may also want to buy a big funnel to get it right down to the bottom without mucking up you water

Yep just rinse it good , and please dont remove it or replace it with sand! CC rocks
