CUC for new reef

i am looking into a CUC now (5 weeks into cycle) so i know what to get when the time comes...
i looked at the reef packages this site has to offer and came up with 2 options....
the 100+ package
50 blue crabs
50 red crabs
50 turbo/astrea
1 coral band
10 emeralds
2 brittle stars
2 sally lightfoots
5 peppermint
2 cleaner clams
10 nassarius snails
the 2nd is to go with the big boy and buy all the other stuff separately... the difference is this come with 100 blue crabs and 100 turbo/astrea snails... its about 40$ more this way but a lot more snails and hermits...
questions:
1. i have heard only to use blue hermits not the reds. why is this and is it true??
2. am i missing anything or should i skip anything listed??
i have a 135g tank with 55g sump and currently have a HUGE green hair algae problem (hope to get this fixed in next couple weeks)
tank measures 3' by 4' with 190lbs of lr and 140lbs of sand (about 2-3" deep)... there is a lot of open sand bed due to dimentions of tank and was wondering if i needed anything else to help keep it clean... thanks for the help

Personally thats way to big of a cleanup crew IMO for a brand new tank....I would look into why you have hair algae in a brand new tank.....Get that straightened out. Do you have any livestock????
Most of that will starve and you will just be stuck with a lot of dead snails and crabs.....I would start with this
10 hermits.....I have 3 in a 120 not that big of a fan of hermits they can knock over corals and they fight for shells...
Snails won't eat the hair algae....Get a Dolabella Sea Hair and a lawnmower blenny for that.
10 cerith
10 Turbos
2 Nas
2 Emeralds
2 cleaner shrimp

this is a much cheaper and more logical approach... i thought that seemed to be WAY too much... i mean with 100 each all you would see is snails and crabs... i think the algae came from the rock (was pulled from the ocean about 4 days before i got it)... i have the lights off for now and will be scrubbing the rock to get what i can off i just know i cant get it all and need the clean up crew for the rest... i want some peppermint shrimp for the aptapisia (sorry about spelling) those are going crazy now to... injecting them but my rock is sooooo pourous that some of them get so far in the rock i cant get them... and i like the looks of the coral bands and brittle stars so will probably get one of each...
thank you...

get asterneas, turbos get way to big IMO and they knock over stuff. Hermits knock over stuff to but they have personalities lol.

There are different kinds of turbos....Not all places label them the same. Yes the large ones can knock things over....
