waaaayy to much...
and CUC is after your tank has cycled... start small and then work you way up as needed with cuc.. all that at once.. they wil all die because of insuficient food.

try 2 of each but u dont need that starfish, and arrow crab. you dont need the cleaner shrimp either. but you can keep it. 12gallons is small so u dont need alot.

if i were you and im assuming those you listed are what u want for a clean up crew i would start with the following
3 nassarius snail (stirs up sandbed)
3 cerith
1 nerite
1 margarita
2 scarlet hermit (red leg)
2 blue leg hermit
thats going by your list and also giving you a variety.
i just started my first tank a few weeks ago. i have a 28g nano and my cleaning crew started with this.
6 astrea snails
5 nassarius
2 emerald crabs
1 boxer crab
1 fire shrimp
1 cleaner shrimp
i didnt want to add to many to fast afraid they would starve and die. after like 4 days tonight i am adding to my tank
2 turbo snails
4 scarlet hermits
6 astrea snails dont seem like enough to cover all the glass expecially when some are on the rocks so i figure a couple turbo;s would be a nice addition to help out.
and since i dont know when i am gonna get my first fish. i picked up some sinking feeding pellets mainly for my nassarius snails since they dont eat algea. and i dont have fish to feed or produce waste i figured they might be hungry. wouldnt you know that as soon as a dropped a couple in the shrimps stole them so i put in a couple more and the crabs and nass snails had some so im glad i bought them.
but definaly start out with a small cleaning crew and then add to it if you think you need more or a part of the cleaning crew needs help then add accordingly.
im no expert by any means having just starting myself but ive been researching and reading on multiple message boards for months now and from what i see less is definalty more in this hobby for the most part.
