Cupramine for eels and puffer

Is Cupramine safe for an lepard eel and an Hawaiin spoted puffer ?

It isn't really safe for eels. What is your problem?

I think I have either Ich or velvet...the spots come and go..there on my trigger fish..and my clown has what looks like dust on the body and his fins are frayed

I have a Fo tank..with no plans for a reef..I spoke to Cupramine and they said that there product is removable with cuprsorb or charcoal...can I keep a .2 level with cupramine in the tank to prevent future diseases ?

You can safely perform hyposalinity in your tank, with no ill effects to your fish, your tank.
Take a look at the FAQ Thread at the top of this forum, and the post on ich which details the procedure, as well as provides info on the parasite itself. It does sound like ich, not velvet.
For hyposalinity, you need a refractometere or a quality glass hydrometer.
If you need a reference, take a look at the Diseased Fish Thread, also at the top of this forum, and look at the pictures there of fish with ich.
