Curing Live Rock

I'm in the planning stages of setting up a 300 gal system. Is it possible to cure all the live rock and cycle the tank at the same time? Thanks

Yes it is....but the cycle will be longer and smellier. I'd use cured LR, but it's up to the individual.

Cured LR already has gone through the process of die off. When you add it to your tank there will be alot less die off and it will cycle quicker.
With uncured LR this whole process takes place in your tank, making the cycle last longer.
