Curing LR

I am awaiting the arrival of the LR I ordered from this site. Will I have to cure it before adding to my tank? If so how do you do this?
I also ordered the $90 invert package deal.
I have 9 damsels in a 55 gal long with external filter. Please advise.

Yes I would. To do this place the lr in a container with a heater and a ph. Then after a few weeks, you can start to add the cured lr. Don't add it all at once though. Good luck
