Curly Q Anemone Help?

I have 2 curly q anemones that were put into the tank at the same time, one is doing great, the other goes from doing ok to not doing well at all, I just snapped this pic of the one that's not doing well...thing is - he will look like this now and then a few hours from now will 'perk up' and look similar to the other one...anyone know if this is just normal behavior or what? (actually, my other one never does this, so I'm baffled...) It's been acting this way intermittently since I got it??? Any ideas/advice? I hate to think that it's suffering or something....

Hmmmm. I'm just guessing here but the one in the first pic is closer to the lights isn't it?
If so then move it toward the bottom or in a more shaded spot.

Yes it actually is, not alot but maybe enough to cause it distress...I guess I can't get it off it's rock, I can re-arrange the rock to where it's more toward the bottom, will let you know how that works out...thanks!!! (again!!!)

One other thought, check the water flow for each one and see if one might be a bit to strong. For now that is the only thing other than checking your water quality.
