Here is another stupid question. What makes the proper currents for corals and anemones? THANK YOU FOR THE HELP

Not stupid at all. No such thing.
Powerheads, filter pumps, external pumps, wavemakers....
anyone else?
Just be sure to check and research what the creatures like, whether the like minimal flow, moderate, or high.

If you use powerheads as most do. watch your anemones powerheads like to eat them use the screen that comes with them

They can prduce differnt flows it depends on what they are rated at...and i do believe some of them are adjustable so you can control the flow rate even further...hth
