Currently acclimating Naso... Need a little help...

I was just wondering if I should use my hand to put him (lyretail) in the quarantine tank or should I net him?
Please give your opinion... Thanks!

I have never used my hands.... I've always had a specimen container and got most of the water out of the bag then slide the fish into the container and then put the fish in the tank. I've also used nets, and then used stress coat. But, I wouldn't use my hands. TJ

So, it's ok if some of the water gets into your tank?
I'm adding 1/2 cup every 4 minutes until the bag is full, then, empty the bag 1/2 way and start over.

well, the way you're doing it.... which that is a good way to acclimate a new fish... by the time you get done..... not much of the store water is in there..... and plus he's going into a QT tank. So if it does get sick you can treat it fast. TJ
