Custom Sealife Balast?

I have a Nova Extreme over my 55g and have an opportunity to pick up a dual 175w balast, bulb and cap setup from Custom Sealife for $110.
I was going to retro the MH in my hood and keep the T5 as well.
I see that they went out of business a long time ago. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Shouldn't be an issues as CSL used standard magnetic ballasts. You can find parts for them everywhere.
