Custom Sealife PC ballast question

Anybody know if you can use 65W bulbs in the 55W ballast? The bulbs are identical in size, so I'm curious. Someone said you could, but didn't say why they knew that and they were still using 55W bulbs.

Yes you can - I am currently running one in my 30
gal. w/ no problems at all.

Thanks for writing. The 55 and 65 watt bulbs are interchangeable, so you can use either one.
