I pretty dissapointed with the customer service from this site. I placed an order a few weeks ago and one of the fish arrived DOA. They refunded my money but then during the 2 week period i had numerous other things die. I tried to apply for the credit and didn't hear anything from them. On the site it said it was still processing. Today it says i didn't get the site because they needed more pictures of the dead snails, crabs, and sea hare. I guess the ones I provided weren't adequate for some reason. They didn't send an email or anything. This site has always been good before about giving credits. Ever since this site changed their appearance they been terrible to deal with. Anyone else have this problem. I guess I'll have to stop buying from here.
