Cycle levels

Good morning everyone!
I am in the midst of cycling my 90 gal. (60 lbs baserock 30 lbs LR and 40 sand 20 LS)
I have had the 3 shrimp in for about a week now, my amonia went to about 1, today its gone. Nitrites are about .50 and nitrate is about 20ppm.
Question is, should I keep the shrimps in there? They are in a filter bag tied to the top of the aquarium (they look gross) or should I take them out? Also wait until nitrites are at 0 to do a water change?
Thanks!

Take them out wait for the nitrites to reach Zero for the water change then add a CUC and ghost feed until you have QT your first fish and are ready to add it to your DT

Thanks... Heres one.. I am doing some work on my sump/fuge, so I had to remove it (along with about 15-20 gal. of water in it) I temperarly am using a 20 gal tank as a sump so I had to add new saltwater to bring the level up. anyway My water is cloudy. I let the new saltwater sit and circulate with a rio 2100 pump in the trash can so there was plenty of movement but only for about 2 hours.. not over night... I know it could be the new water that is clouding the tank, but could it be the nitrite bloom? Ammonia is at 0 nitrite at .50 -1. Im pretty sure it will clear up, just wondering what it could be.
Thanks!
