I recently got my 72 gallon tank up and running with 9 damsels used to cycle. After the first few days my ammonia hit .5 according to the test kit. It has been at this level for about a week. Nitrates and Nitrites are both 0. Is this right or should ammonia have peaked by now? By the way, I am also using Tropical Science Nitromax bacteria additive.
