Ok, So I got 22.6 lbs of Live Rock Tuesday. And I got 22 Bluelegged Hermit crabs yesterday and I have been adding some PH to the water for 2 days now the fish lady said to do it for 3 days.
BUt Theres some grass looking stuff on my rocks is that algae? Dose that mean its started its cycle??

The algae doeesn't have anything to do with the cycle; although it sounds like you may have gotten some great LR that is already full of good bacteria. Remember, it really isn't the water that cycles; its the media (LR) that do the bio-filtration. Are you testing for ammonia, nitrite, and then nitrate? Here's a thread from this site that should be a big help understanding whats got to happen https://forums.saltwaterfish.com/t/116184/saltwater-aquariums-101-the-cycle

what are your parameters? just keep an eye on them and once all the spikes are gone your done with your cycle

Seems like a heavy crab count to me with not much for them to feast on, unless your live rock experiences some die-off

well dont always go buy what your LFS says to you... you have to realize they are trying to sell you things, when you say PH do u mean power heads or PH like the water parameter type stuff?
you need to have power heads you dont have to dose your tank with PH it will spike(if this is one of the ones that spikes) on its own for your cycle otherwise just having your filtration live rock and live sand and ro di water you should have PH anyways
