Use shrimp there cheaper and you get more amonia to really push the cycle. I would also place live rock and live sand in the tank then put the shrimp in.

no one more question when i take the shrimp out is the cycle over with ? and should i only put one shrimp in or more than one ?

Just 1 shrimp..... once the ammonia spikes take it out and from that point check the ammonia and nitrite levels every couple of days. The tank isn't cycled until you see the ammonia and nitrite levels spike and go to 0... that's why you have to test it.
When they go to 0, you should have a nitrate reading.... at this point do a 10% waterchange and you should be able to add inverts and see how they do. :D
Just noticed you have a 92 gallon.... use 2 shrimp. :happyfish

Raw uncooked frozen shrimp. :D
You're not a pain.... you're doing the right thing by asking questions.

Bigarn did you read his tank size it is a 92 gallon corner he may need up to 4 shrimp to get the cycle going in that!
