Cycled Tank? Here's Readings

I have my FOSW tank up and running for a month. How do I know when my tank has cycled?
PH 8.3
Ammonia .5ppm
Nitrite .25ppm
nitrate 10ppm

Your PH looks good and nitrates aren't too bad, but you need to get your ammonia and nitrites down to zero... then you'll be cycled.

When she says "get your nitrites and ammonia down to zero" she doesn't mean pour ammolock or something like that in there. Patience is a virtue. When they hit zero, you are cycled. Do a water change 2 days after they zero.

As said above, when ammo and nitrite drop to zero then it will be cycled.
