Cycled Water In Ct

I need cycled water. I have a 30 gallon and would like atleast 25 gallons. In Cunecticut. Id like to get this for a cheap price like $15.

Water has nothing to do with cycling. Matter of fact water from a cycled tank would be worse than freshly mixed saltwater because it would be of worse water quality than new water and may have free floating parasites or other nasty stuff. It's the bacteria on the live rock and sand that keeps your water clean, not the water itsself.

100% correct.
Please don't listen to the person who told you to buy cycled water.

Your biological filtration lives on filter media and most system surfaces such as live rock and the substrate.
