Do you have all live sand or just a little to seed the rest of your sand? If the latter, I'd wait to add the LS when the tank has finished it's cycle and then watch for possible spike. If you do it that way you will save more of the beneficial critters and such as opposed to cycling with the LS and risking a large ammonia spike that can kill them off.
