Cycling 75 with LR Question.

Ok. I have 50-60 pounds of LR, in a year old 29 gallon tank. My 75 gallon has been set up for about a week now, and I was wondering, If I transfer the LR too the other tank, would it go through a cycle? I'll be using the exact same wet/dry and LR as the 29. I was told if you use LR taht already has the bacteria on it you dont need too cycle it....? -_-
29 gallon has 90gal wet/dry....

That is if you are adding it to an established tank. If your tank has not been cycled and you add the rock, it will cycle.
If you added all of your rock, sand water, etc from your 29, then it would be like doing a 60+% waterchange and you still might have a mini cycle, but would probably be ok for fish etc.
