Hi all!
I apologize for my constant need for advice,but i still do have a query ^_^* lol
Ive been letting my rock sit in my tank for about 5 days now with just a heater. The guy i got it from told me this is what i shoudl do,but the waters looking pretty nasty and i really think i should run the filter soon,and i intend to,but heres the problem.
I have a 45 gallon tank,and only 30 gallons of water in it, i left room for water rise when i put the rock and sand in it. Im about to add the rest of the water,is it ok to just mix it with the powerhead and heater now,let it sit for perhaps a half hour and then add it,or do i need to let it aerate? Ugh..i feel like a total dummy,and info is appreciated,im in a hurry to put the water in so that my HOB filter can start runnin! :notsure:
