CYcling & maintainance ??

I recently purchased an established 35 gallon SW tank. THe tank contains Live rock, crushed coral, 1 cleaner shrimp, 5-10 crabs & snails, 1 yellow tailed damsel, 1 tomato Clown & 1 Bicinctus Clown.
When I moved the tank I saved ALL of the water, transported the water in seperate containers.
I have tested the pH, Nitrate, Nitrite & ammonia & all of the levels are good.
Are there any other tests I should run on the water?
When should I cycle the water?

Hey,
If you moved everything fairly quickly you will not have a cycle to contend with. You could do a 10% water change at anytime to start your maintainance routine. If you are going to keep the cc you will have to vacuum it from time to time so set up your lr accordingly so you can get at the entire bottom of your tank. I'm not a big fan of cc but you can make it work.

I had everthing back in the tank within about 30 minutes so I think it worked out good.
Any recommendations on tests I "Have to" run on the water? or are the 4 I did sufficient?

Hey,
Well, salinity obviously, but I'm sure you knew that. I would test for calcium also. Your shrimp will need it when it molts, as well as iodine. (I add iodine but don't test for it. Once in a while I'll bring some water to the lfs and have them test my water just to make sure our results are the same.) Other than that you should be good to go.
