Hi.
I am currently cycling a 90gallon with live rock and damsels.
I was wondering if it matters how long the lights are on daily? For the past 4 days I have been running them 24/7.

I answered this question for you in the fish discussion forum (since I did not know you posted it here) but I guess I will post the same answer here too.
There's really no reason to have it on at all unless you want to give the live rock some light (if you have live rock). But anything more than 10-13 hours per day for an already set-up tank is too much, let alone a tank with nothing in it.
