what are you supposed to have running during the cycle? are you supposed to run the lights on a regular schedule, have uv running, skimmer, power heads? just a little confused on what needs to be running, Thanks in advance

Heater and powerheads. You can also run the skimmer as a break-in period, you probably won't be getting any skimmate during the cycle anyways.
