I have test kits, and it's been 4 days my ammonia haven't spiked yet... Is it normal? I put pellets in there

probably normal for your tank anyway.

It all depends on you tank's setup.

A tank fully balanced out with (macro) algae will show no ammonia spike. As the algae consumes the ammonia directly while the aerobic bacteria builds up.

I have 20 pounds of dry rock, live sand Carib sea Fiji pink, air pump(up to 30 gallons) aqua clear 20 filter, protein skimmer, heater... And half a bottle of cycle bacteria
