Is any version good? what should I get? I have read many places it is the best stuff to feed your fish. Do I get the frozen bar? The freeze dried stuff? no lfs carries this stuff. I'll have to go 1-1/2 hrs to get it. Cheaper to drive than ship in most of the time. I am also feeding home made frozen food, but would like to introduce variety.

I'm a big fan of Cyclop-Eeze. For me, I usually use the frozen but for fish fry I grind up the freeze dried into a powder and mix it with RO water.

I absolutely love that stuff. I've used both the frozen bar and flake form. I prefer the frozen bar, but in my area it's a pretty difficult item to get from a LFS.

I asked my lfs to carry it for me and they do. I use the frozen bar. I feed it to my corals with a syringe and my byno goby follows me around eating it out of the tube.

I ended up buying frozen and flake at some lfs in columbia station. Me likey, good thing it's not too close, I wouldn't have much money left. I have no clue what it's called. Had a blowout on the way there, so now I will have to spend fish money on a pair of tires bummer.
