cyclopeze feeding

What is the best way to use this and how much would be appropiate. I have been mixing 1/4 tsp (freezed dried) in a small cup of water then pouring it into the tank several times a week. I have been turning off the pumps because it just seems to float on the water surface and would get suck right back into the filter. Anyone have any ideas?

I put about a half teaspoon of it in a cup. then i grind it a little with my fingers. After that i mix it with tank water and then use a turkey baster to lightly put it on whatever needs to be fed. When u do this u can see them react to what is being given to them

I mix a tiny bit in with my food in tank water, I take an eyedropper and spot feed my corals and then dump the rest in the tank. I do turn off the filter for an hour or so, so it dosen't get sucked in my filter right away.

the best way to feed the freeze dried is to get a small container like a old fish food jar and fill half way with water and then put the desired amount of Cyclopeeze in, let is sit overnight if possible but at least 4 hours, this will make it so almost none of the stuff floats, I feed with all pumps and skimmer on, I figure the corals can get it on their own so I don't spot feed
