cyno--how soon do you see it after lights on?

That's my question. I have read about it here many times, but don't think I ever saw a post say how soon it pops up after lights on. I believe I am getting it on a piece of LR, after 2 years with none! . Anyways, it starts to show up after actinics are on for only 1/2 hour, not full force but I notice it. Is that normal or could I have something else? Thanks.

sounds like it
when i had an outbreak with cyano it would stay stringy and in a small area with the lights out
then when the first set of lights came on (10,000k) it would start to get more flat (not as stringy)
then when the actinics came on it would start to spread out
then when the lights go out it would all but go away
then early in the morning it would start building back up even before the lights came on (its like it new the lights where coming on soon)
this was a daily event
