The zebra would be alright for quite awhile. They do not require a lot of space but they do grow to seven inches. I have had my Zebra for about eight months. He is still maybe 3" max. Bioload is a concern. Be sure to do frequent water changes.

I think that you should just put it in their two gallons should not matter but I would not take any risks bigger than this one good luck.

It should be fine, However eventually you will have to upgrade to a bigger tank. However, if your nano is a cube tank, I would recomand against it. Cubes just do not give the Lionsfish enough room to swim, but that is just my opnion.

How is that? Lions, especially dwarfs, do not need a long tank like tangs do. A cube is perfectly fine to use.

i was going to put a dwarf in my nano until i found a pair of picassos that i couldnt let go. i have a jbj 28..i did some asking around and found out that they should be fine in the tank as long as they are alone. also, they like caves..they like to hang upside down in them..def get one, and make a big cave out of your rock, i wouldnt put alot of rock tho.. do what ever it takes to make him a nice home and maximize swimming space! good luck!
