The aquarium is very expensive, and the "aquarium" part is fairly small its more like a rainforest, but IMO its worth seeing at least once. Just don't go on a Saturday we waited 45min to get in standing in the rain. :scared:

We had that experience at Shedds on year.......almost a 2 hour wait in the rain. At leas they have those canapys over the stairs.

there was no canopy to stand under unfortunatly.

Our kids have seen Shedds, Tampa aquarium, Tennessee aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium (very small, but cool because they have a hospital on site and 1/2 day trips) and Motes.
So if the weather is bad and it looks too crowded, maybe we might pass. It was just a thought and we will keep in on the back burner. Going to try and go to JFK memorial too.
