Damsel Changes Color

Hi,
Can anyone tell me why perhaps I noticed my Blue Yellow Tail Damsel yesterday was very pale in color for the first hour after the lights came on and then after that he became bright blue again, do you think perhaps someone in the tank was picking on him?

not sure if this helps, but most fish have a totally different appearance at night than they do during the day. I dont think that anyone was picking on him, he was just regaining his natural color!

Damsels need to blend into the environment at night (that's when the groupers, etc.) look for food. If they stood out from their surroundings they would be easy prey. Your damsels are fine, I have them too.
