Question for the fish heads out there...
I have a 10gal FOWLR, been set up about 7 weeks, I have 8lbs LR and I put in a blue damsel and two pepp.shrimp about three weeks ago. I want to add a 2nd fish, want to get a firefish, will the damsel harrass it to death?
thanks for the input ;)

They will probably harass it, just maybe not to the death but until you will feal sorry for the firefish. But you never know, every fish has a different personality

I have a blue damsel, too. He's actually not that agressive, but he is an active swimmer and a hard hitting feeder. When I put a firefish in there, he eventually died, and I think it's because he was so passive compared to the others, so it's something to consider. You might have to take him out if it doesn't work out.

i have a blue damsel as well but i got him in with some fish that can take care of themselves. blue damsels are pretty territorial unfortunately and will probably pick on the firefish. i would put something in there that can take care of itself...maybe some more damsels to be honest... cause you only have a 10 gallon

unfortunatly its a 50/ 50 chance for you but I once had a firefish along with 7 dif types of damsels I baught them in pairs +1 blue finned my firefish and tang (dory) where the first to go my damsels harrresed them like crazy.this was in a 125 gal.the blues were the most agressive at the time.just kep a close eye on them they like to chew at others fins and tails.
