My lemon damsel has recently developed a white "flake" on the top of his head, near his fin.As I can recall he didn't have it Saturday, and i did add two emerald crabs and some of their water got into my tank.Could their water have had a parasite or disease in it?(I know it could've)Also he like to dig in the same spot in the sand, even when I fix it.but I dont think hes scratching he just likes it.I'm also battling cynao and I added a seagel filter about a week or so ago. Will this work? Also my perc.clown scratches himself on the heater every now and then but my other clown shows no problems.Am i most likelyhaveing some kind of disease? What could it be?It may be the water permiters but I need to have them checked because I dont have a test kit.All info. is appreciated.Alex

Start feeding your fish garlic soaked food just in case you have a mild parasite problem. If a real problem develops, such as ich, you will need to set up a quarantine tank to treat your fish.
Improved circulation in the tank will assist with cryno. Also, many snails will eat this.

Cerith snails will eat cryno. You can used fresh garlic, crush it and allow the juices mix in with the food. Or you can get a garlic extract sold for hobby application. Kent sells one of these products.
