I had a 2 Blue Damsels in with a Clown Trigger. The Damsel disappeaed within a week of another. No sign of them. Would the Trigger tear them up piece by piece or totally? I should have seen some remains. Anyone have experience like this?

I have little doubt that it would dispose of them entirely.

I saw a georgeous clown trigger at my lfs, I commented on it and Andy the manager said, "No way, I will not sell you that fish.. a guy brought it to us because it was sucking the eyeballs out of all of his fish and then tearing the remains to shredds."
So.. it's quite possible with a gulp your damsels were dinner

Triggers like to take bites out of any small fish they feel like. If big enough they can eat them. I think he took a bite out of them, and they got sucked into a rock or dead spot inthe tank and are in decomp as we speek.

I've seen a trigger rip a fish into pieces and eat the entire thing.....I think if the damsels were small enough and the trigger was big enough he definetely could have eaten the entire thing.....
