Damsel

So I cycled my tank with a 3 striped damsel 4 months ago...I was lucky when adding new fish...he didnt pick on them at all. So hes only like an inch to an inch and a half right now, and hes the wussy-est fish in the tank. Do they get more aggressive as they get older? So my question is really....should i get rid of him now or will he stay a wuss?

Yes they get meaner as they grow. Yes you should get rid of him now unless your are going to keep a tank of Damsels. No he will not stay a wuss.
My friend just ripped apart his FOWLR to catch 3 3stripes he had in there that were okay at first but became the gang of the tank.

Don't sweat it bamm26, just ask the moderators to close the thread. You will get used to the occasional wrist slap (sarcasm) after some time on here.

i'd take them out if u r planning to get other fish. they do get big and mean. i hv one in my 150 fowlr and he is a terror in a tank that big. they r hard to catch. i thought mine was cute too when it was small.

As they get older, they become more aggressive. If you have more than one, then they can become a very BIG problem for your other fish in the tank. Get him out of there as soon as possible.
