damsels and clown fish

I just brought two tomato and one yellow and white clown I put them in the tank with my dimino damsels and they are attacking the clown fish what should I do?

i would remove the dominoes. they will only get more aggressive as they get larger. as for an immediate solution, try rearranging the lr and turning the lights off. good luck

Thats why the domino damsel I have is in a semi-aggressive fish only with a deamon of a blue damsel and my huma huma trigger and my dwarf lion........I call this system my damsel detention center(they are the 2 fish I cycled my origional system with)....I still have them but they are closely guarded and kept in check by the trigger!!!! :D

yep, damsels are pesky to other fish. i had a 3 stripe that wrecked havoc until i brought it back to the lfs. much more peaceful now, nice to see my fish with all their fins :D i would remove them, or buy a lion fish. <img src="graemlins//evilwhorn.gif" border="0" alt="[Evil Horn]" /> that ought to show them who's boss! <img src="graemlins//eek.gif" border="0" alt="[eek]" />

If you like look of the damsels, or just the way they swim endlessly, try some chromis. Just remember they like to school.
