Damsels and triggers

I have a 125gallon tank FO wit 2 triggers, Humu Humu and Blue Throat. In the past, I had a 55gallon and whenever I would put damsels in the tank, the Humu trigger would tear it apart.
Now that I have a bigger tank, do you think I'll have luck introducing a damsel? I have a fairly low bioload and just wanted to add some color.

If you have small triggers they will be ok for a while i have a 3 inch hummu hummu and he does not bother them, but my friend has a 6 inch hummu hummu that tears them to shreds.

My Hummu Hummu has always been super aggressive. If you dip your finger in the water, he will bite it...but then again so will my large clarkii clown. The hummu is about 4 inches and the blue throat about 3.5. I'm thinking that the longer tank would help, but I'd hate to sacrafice a fish if I don't have to.
