damsel's fins are kindda cloudy

my zebra striped damsel's fins are skindda cloudy. He also twitches and scratches himself against rocks. i really don't think its ich because i can't NOT see any white spots no matter how hard i try to look.

try looking at the fish when the light goe's on first thing in the morning if it has parasites that is when you will see them

You will need to identify the problem before proceding with a treatment. Cloudy fins could mean a bacterial or fungal disease. Take a close look at the fish using a magnifying glass.
Bacterial infections will look kinda greyish-white and mucus-like. Fungal, which does not happen often in the SW hobby, is cottony and grows pretty fast.
